LaptopAssist Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
At LaptopAssist, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount
4. Refund Process
- Initiate a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@laptopassist.co.za with your order details.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@laptopassist.co.za
6. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at info@laptopassist.co.za
- Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your order after 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be applied.
- Refund for Cancellations: If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
